• AGT is the Tribe's vision to bring high-tech jobs to the local and surrounding communities, and AGT strives to impact the local community in every way possible. From the day-to-day activities of jobs creation and workforce training to the long term goal of contributing to a higher quality of life for its' employees, customers, and partners, AGT invests in its' local surroundings not only on the reservation, but throughout the state of Mississippi and the southeastern United States.
  
  
• The MBCI plays an integral role in the future impact of high tech companies in east central Mississippi, and in turn, AGT plays a role in the success of the future of the Tribe's mission. AGT takes every opportunity to invest in the local community whether it be through the coordination of a fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Club of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians or their coordinating role in the annual Choctaw TechVantage conference which supports the expansion and recruitment of high tech companies and their endeavors in Choctaw and in the state of Mississippi.
  
  
• AGT employees are encouraged to represent their company through involvement in local community organizations. AGT employees represent over 20 community related organizations including, The Community Development Partnership of Philadelphia and Neshoba County, The Philadelphia Main Street Association, CODE RED, Toastmasters International, Habitat for Humanity, The Industrial Development Authority of Neshoba County, The Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the Philadelphia-Neshoba County Arts Council, and The Philadelphia Rotary Club.
