HUBZone Empowerment Program
This program is intended to stimulate economic development and create jobs in urban and rural communities and on Indian Reservation lands by providing contracting preference to businesses located in a HUBZone. Small businesses can negotiate sole source contracts and participate in restricted competition limited to HUBZone certified businesses. Businesses located in HUBZones are allowed a 10% price evaluation preference in full and open competition.
